  • water2 cups of water
  • corn kernels1 cup of corn kernels
  • canned black beans1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed


  1. Start by rinsing the dried kidney beans and soaking them in water overnight.
  2. Turn on the Instant Pot and select the sauté function. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, diced bell pepper, and diced carrots. Sauté until the vegetables are softened.
